‘Annnd It Continues’: R.Kelly Writes 30 New Chapters For ‘Trapped In The Closet’

Its official folks, R. Kelly has announced the “re-birth” of his drama-ful yet hilarious saga of “Trapped In The Closet.” In fact Kelly recently revealed to the world that he’s already written 30 new chapters adding to the 22 that was already released five years earlier! According to reports, Kelly spoke about “Trapped In The Closet” in an interview with MTV News:

“In four weeks, I just did 30 chapters of ‘Trapped in the Closet’ and I’m proud of it; I’m very excited about it because it took on a life of its own. It took me over–I’m so glad to know there are a lot of fans still waiting to find out what the package is, and I’m coming, you guys.”

So what inspired “Step In The Name Of Love” singer to continue on with writing more chapters? Alongside with describing the feeling as it ”took control of him like a leashed dog dragging its master,” (via BET.com) Kelly had this to say:

“This is what ‘Trapped in the Closet’ is doing for me right now, it’s kind of pulling me. It has pulled me, and there are a lot of cliff hangers, a lot of different chapters, and other characters that have created themselves in the story,” he said. “It’s very very off the damn chain.”
Although the new chapters don’t have a set release date, it is planning to air on IFC.
