Hadiya Pendleton’s family are somewhat close to receiving justice because charges have finally been filed against the two individuals responsible for her murder. However the two defendants have entered a “not guilty” plea for the horrific murder of the 15-year-old Chicago native.

Two men pleaded not guilty Thursday – one to 141 counts of first-degree murder – in the shooting death of a 15-year-old Chicago girl who performed at President Barack Obama’s inaugural festivities days before she died.

Both Michael Ward, 18, and Kenneth Williams, 20, pleaded not guilty to first-degree murder, attempted murder, aggravated discharge of a firearm and a long list of other charges in Hadiya Pendleton’s death.

She was shot Jan. 29 after she and her friends sought shelter from the rain in a city park.

Ward and Williams had been hunting for rival gang members and Pendleton was an innocent bystander, prosecutors say.

Some of the attempted murder counts and other charges relate to Pendleton’s friends who were in the park with her. But Granich said he still couldn’t fathom how prosecutors ended up with so many counts.

Much prayers and hopeful thoughts that these monsters are given the maximum sentence and Hadiya Pendleton’s family can move on knowing justice was properly served in honor of Hadiya.

Chris Brown is surely hard at work and does not look like he is stopping anytime soon. Especially now that he and girlfriend Rihanna are back together, fans can expect to hear more of them together on the airwaves. According to (singersroom.com) who got the scoop from Grammy winner himself, he has written a song for his love, Rih Rih, that they recorded together and he makes hints at the duet making his forthcoming sixth studio album X.

“I wrote a song for her called ‘Put It Up’ that we did together,” says Brown. “It’s still in the pot of songs we have to pick from. It may or may not make it, but you know, because she’s already on it, it’s a strong possibility.” #awwwwwww

A rare case of mistakenly taken for a dead person or was a miracle? That is what a Zimbabwe town is trying to figure out when a prostitute was declared dead was suddenly brought back to life after she was placed in a coffin.

According to UrbanDaily.com, the prostitute was doing her thing with a customer with a customer when she collapsed at the Manor Hotel in the city of Bulaweyo. The client obviously horrified and convinced that the call girl was dead, called the police. Law enforcements called to the scene also sent paramedics there as well and that’s where things got tricky. As the paramedics loaded the coffin holding the supposed deceased prostitute on to their truck, the prostitute “woke up” and jumped out of the coffin.

According to local news outlets, who were on scene reporting the strange twist of events, the prostitute jumped out of the coffin screaming, “You want to kill me! You want to kill me!” That sight alone was enough to scare everyone witnessing it before their eyes. A crowd soon was formed. A source told Bulaweyo24 News, “It was like a movie. People were running away in different directions. It was a scary incident because we were all convinced that she had died because she was just cold. Miracles surely do happen.”

The call girl known as MaNdio was then escorted home by another prostitute. #LOL!!! We’re assuming she’s alright now.

It was quite disappointing to see that nothing was moving forward with the future biopic of legendary comedian Richard Prior. But that has all changed now because a certain big-name actor/producer has taken on the job to make sure the big picture is underway.

Forest Whitaker has signed on to be a part of this super project to make a biopic on the life of the the actor/director/producer and Oscar winner has not confirmed whether he will direct as well as produce but so far, he has hit sights set on a newly developed script and will produce the film through his production company. He will be working with Pryor’s widow Jennifer Pryor to develop the screenplay.

Previous attempts to start the Richard Pryor film included Chicago director, Bill Condon. His version had Marlon Wayans starring as the actor and comedian, as well as Eddie Griffin, Chris Rock, Damon Wayans and Eddie Murphy who also wanted to play Pryor.

Now that those actors appear to be too old to play the part, according to Deadline.com, Michael B. Jordan may be Whitaker’s top choice for the part, but we’ll see.

In the latest news with the Porsha Williams and Kordell Stewart divorce, it appears Porcha has fired back at her soon-to-be-ex-hubby’s divorce documents. Williams, already distraught and caught completely off guard with  divorce filings her husband filed against her in the middle of the week, she is now making claims that because she gave up her life to care for Stewart’s son with another woman, she should be properly compensated.

According to TMZ, besides the divorce papers, Stewart is claiming Porsha does not deserve a red cent of his money in spousal support because she is capable of earning her own money. However, Porcha’s attorney filed new documents stating that the couple’s marriage put a damper on her professional side of things. She quit her job for the two years they were married and even had her own business which she had to sell to care for Stewart’s son.

Seems like Porsha is playing her cards right with this divorce because while doesn’t mention that she’s currently starring on “Real Housewives of Atlanta.” She’s asking alimony and the couple’s Atlanta home.

This divorce looks like it is going to get even uglier.. but weren’t we just watching them a few weeks back looking like love birds??! Kordell, man, it is just reality television!
