Oreo’s New Pride Cookie!!!

Well this cookie deserves two snaps, a twist and a lick. For support of Pride Week, Oreo released a cookie in support of the celebration. Even though the cookie is not meant to be released, the classic cookie has caused controversy amongst commentators who wants to boycott the cookie because it’s support for PRIDE. One commentator, seemed really upset and angry that would come up with such a cookie.

“This is absolutely disgusting, said commentator Deasean Washington. “Your attempt to “normalize” the behavior of homosexuals has cost you a customer.”

Like is it really that serious to boycott a cookie because they support the Gays? For people to take time out to boycott a cookie clearly shows that they have nothing to do with their lives. People have forgotten that it is just a cookie, and it is not scheduled to be released. Why boycott a company that supports a group of people who are not different from you and me. Oreo’s should add fuel to the fire and release the cookie! I support the LGBT community and I will buy. It might even taste better than the regular Oreo’s.
