Usher and Ex-Wife in Court for Custody of Children

Let’s Get Ready to Rummmbbbllleeee! Literally. Usher and his ex-wife Tameka Foster were in court Monday to battle over the custody of their two sons. Usher makes sure to show that Tameka is unfit to take of their sons as he recalls an incident between Foster and his girlfriend Grace Miguel. Dressed in his suit, Usher tells the court how Foster went into a jealous rage and walked up to his car and told Miguel, ” I’m Gonna Kick Your Ass, Bitch Get Out of the Car.” Usher went on to say Foster continued to spit and opened the door and began to swing. Usher then said he had to get out of the car and tried to stop Foster but she kept on swinging hitting him. Usher said he pleaded with Foster to stop and as he tried to flee her she threw a plate of food at his car. Come on parents, this is getting out of hand. But throwing a plate of food though? Was it really that serious Tameka?
